How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.

How long does shipping take?
Handling time is 1 to 3 business days. Transit time is 6 to 12 business days. Total estimated delivery is 7 to 15 business days from the date of your order.

How can I track my order?

What is your return policy?

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Products

Are your products handmade?
Yes. Our ceramic pieces are handcrafted using traditional techniques including slip casting from vintage molds, kiln firing, and hand painting.

What are bisque items?
Bisque items are unfinished ceramic pieces that have been fired in a kiln but not yet glazed or painted. They are ready for you to finish with acrylic paints or ceramic glazes, perfect for DIY projects, paint parties, or creative gifts.

Do the colors vary between pieces?
Because each piece is handcrafted and hand-painted, slight variations in color and detail may occur. This is a natural characteristic of handmade ceramic art and makes each piece unique.
